Foundation Series Step 2 - Grounding

Welcome to Foundation Series Step 2 - Grounding

In this guided meditation you will learn to release tension from your body and become present in the moment.

It includes the relaxation portion form the previous lesson 1.

This file is A LOT bigger than the last one! If you are listening on a dial up connection, I recommend that you listen online instead of downloading.

If you have a highspeed connection, it will still take a while to download but not too long (about 5 - 6 minutes).
