Foundation Series Step 7 - Pulling It All Together

This is the last lesson in the Foundation Series of Meditation for Mastery. I hope you have been enjoying the lessons so far!

In this final installment of the Foundation Series, I talk to you about how to apply these techniques in your daily life. You learn how to meditate . . . with your eyes open!

This is the coolest thing to do. It allows you to use the divine or spiritual energies that you have been working with while you are washing dishes, playing with your kids, or sitting in a meeting at work. The applications are endless.

It really is a practical tool!

Foundation Series Step 6 - Using Color

In this lesson, you learn how to identify the true color of your chakras.

They are not always the color that is normally associated with them. By identifying the color, you can gain insight into what issues or areas of learning are present in your life (and your energy) right now in the present moment.

Welcome to Meditation for Mastery!!

Hello Everyone!

I'm really excited about giving you free tools for meditation. Some of my friends have asked me, "what do you mean by mastery and what does this have to do with meditation?"

Well . . . most meditation practices teach you how to clear your mind, focus on your breathing, and stop the constant stream of thoughts in your mind. All of this is great and very helpful however . . .

My kind of meditation will take you to the next level.

When you Meditate for Mastery, you use meditation as a tool or a pathway for gaining control not just over your breathing, but of your experience in life.

When you Meditate for Mastery, you use meditation to access and harness your spiritual power. Using your spiritual power allows you to heal yourself, reduce stress, change the emotional mood in a room, influence positive outcomes, manage or eliminate physical pain, and many more things. The applications are limitless.
